Leapwork.com

website redesign

UX/UI, Development, Visual identity, Project Management

Leapwork is one of Denmark’s fastest growing scale-ups and I had the personal pleasure of helping them through two investments round, with the B-round being the largest one in Danish history, at $60. As the company and its ambitions grew, so did a continuous need for updating and optimising the core visuals and especially the website - the main revenue driver of the company.

I was the visual stakeholder and helped ensure a seamless collaboration with external agencies, external developers, internal copy-writers and subject experts, and the final design and UX/UI.

From new CVI to high-performing UX/UI

As Leapwork’s over-all brand was getting a full revamp, I was in charge of leading the implementation of the new CVI into Leapwork.com, maintaining it’s position as a high performing inbound-marketing engine.

My main focus was to make Leapwork.com as “modular” as possible, setting the direction for design and functionality of it’s pages and modules. I helped translate the CVI from abstract ideas into hands-on functionality for web, sleek UI elements and captivating graphic designs.

After thorough analysis of markets, competitors and customers, we conducted a series of UX related tests and exercises such as:

  • User/stakeholder interviews

  • Usability tests

  • Card sorting

  • Etc

From this a design system was created to support ongoing development and ensure detailed documentation of design rules that would help further expansion of the site.
