AI-Ready Photoshoot for

Scalable Campaign Production

I supervised and defined the direction for a photoshoot designed specifically to support large-scale AI image generation across TDC Erhverv’s marketing ecosystem.

The objective was to create a high-quality, consistent model dataset that could be used to generate hundreds of realistic, on-brand visuals for use across web, campaigns, ads, e-books, and whitepapers.

To achieve this, the shoot followed a highly structured setup. Each model was captured in a wide range of controlled angles and positions — including close-ups, full body (front, side, back), seated poses, and elevated perspectives. This ensured that the AI tool (Claibe) could accurately interpret and reproduce the models’ physical characteristics while maintaining realism and consistency across generated outputs.

The result is a scalable visual foundation, enabling efficient production of diverse campaign assets while preserving a coherent and human-centered visual identity.

The process - overview

Photo-shoot: Real models were photographed, following a pre-defined list of angles, depths, expressions etc. I was responsible for directing the entire shoot, together with photographers from CoHo, a Danish production studio.
Adobe Lightroom: RAW images were imported to Adobe Lightroom for editing and removing shadows.
Model grids: Image grids were created manually using Adobe software, consisting of one or more models, to ensure that the AI wouldn’t have to guess when generating images.
Import to Claibe: Model-grids were uploaded to Claibe, an image-consistency focused AI platform.
Environment imagery: Environment images were generated separately, inside of Claibe, to be used as references for the settings in which the models would be placed.
Prompt-engineering: Prompt-design, combining model grids with environmental images, iteration and refinement and finally exported images.
Post production: Color grading and correction in Adobe Photoshop, ensuring the tone and feel of TDC Erhverv.
Batch ready for use: Image batch ready for use in TDC Erhverv marketing material .

Environment images

Fully AI generated environment images, created in Claibe. Generating realistic environmental images separately, and then combining them with the model grids, proved to render the most realistic results.
